The People module in Smart Factoree™ is a database that tracks your employees, teams or departments movements (in and out) of jobs and stores that information in “real time”. It is a fast, efficient and economical solution that uses card swipes to enter work times and labor changes. Hours worked per employee and live status reports for each employee are available.

Piece Work & Bonus

This module combined to your equipment (sensor, load cell, machinery) collects and saves all production data per employee (produced quantity in function of working hours).  It allows the manager to determine a production rate for each employee according to each work station.

By using the registered data, it is easy to evaluate and automate your bonus system for your employees.
